Lease of a mill, 1935
Aqa Shukr Allah rented two sixths of two mills, known as Haj Sadiq's, to his nephew, Aqa Mirza Hasan for one year from, 4 April 1935 to 3 April 1936 for 300 rials (25 rials a month). A note on the verso reads: "a lease for water rights from Mashhadi Muhammad Mahdi Akbari to Aqa Shukr Allah Muhsini and Mirza Hasan Muhsini."

Marriage contract between Ummah Khanum, the daughter of Habib Allah, and Mirza Muhammad Riza, the son of Mirza Muhammad, dated April 2, 1881. The mahr includes 30 tumans, a qalamkar bed covering made in Isfahan worth 3 tumans, a carpet worth 10 tumans, a fourth of a piece of land known as Haj Sani's land, one third of a piece of land known as Haj Muhammad ʻAli's land, and parts of some properties. Marriage contract between Ummah Khanum, the daughter of Habib Allah, with Muhammad Karim, son of Mirza Rahim, on January 28, 1897. The mahr is a Qurʼan worth 2 tumans, fifteen tumans cash, a qalamkar bed covering made in Isfahan worth 2 tumans and five thousand dinars, a carpet kilim and a pair of felt rugs worth five tumans, and one sixth of the houses that belong to the bridegroom's father. Note: part of the aforementioned properties were inherited by the bridegroom from his late mother and the rest was transferred to him from his father. Marriage contract between Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum, the daughter of Aqa ʻAli, and Muhammad Sadiq, the son of Mirza Husayn, on June 23, 1854. The mahr includes 30 tumans cash, a room's carpets, including a rug and a pair of felt rugs, a qalamkar bed covering, parts of some gardens and one sixth of a dyer's shop. These properties were part of the bridegroom's mother's mahr but went on to be included in the bride's mahr. Marriage contract of Fatimah Khanum, the daughter of Mirza Muhammad and Mirza Rahim, the son of Mirza Husayn, on April 11, 1868. The mahr includes 30 tumans cash, room carpets including a rug and felt worth 10 tumans, and a qalamkar bed covering made in Isfahan. It also includes some properties belonging to the bridegroom's mother, father, and paternal aunt, which were settled with the bridegroom and were then included in mahr. Settlement between Aqa Muhammad Karim and Mirza Muhammad Ismaʻil
Aqa Muhammad Karim, the son of Mirza Rahim, settled a garden with Mirza Muhammad Ismaʻil, the son of Mirza Khalil. Aqa Muhammad Karim's permanent wife, the daughter of Aqa Habib Allah, signed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Karim also added two sixths of a shop in a bazaar, worth 30 tumans, to this settlement. Further transactions have been added on the verso.
